  • Please make sure to use a valid email address in submitting a ticket. You would need to use the link that will be sent to the said email every time that you would like to check a ticket, update/add comments, or to respond.
  • Files that can be included in the inquiry are currently restricted to those that are in .pdf, .jpg or .jpeg format and less than 1mb in file size.
  • All tickets will be tagged as "closed" as soon as any kind of response from our Support team has been sent out. Feel free to re-open the said tickets for any update, follow-up or response.
